Municipium is the most widely used app by Italian municipalities to inform citizens and businesses about their territory. You can download and install it for free on your smartphone or tablet, and it allows you to read important news, view events, and receive relevant communications from any organization you choose.

For each municipality on Municipium, you can find:

• News and Events: Here you can find useful information, geolocated events, and push notifications for important announcements.
• Useful Information: From institutional information to curiosities, your municipality can share any content.
• Smart Waste: If your municipality has a "door-to-door" waste collection system, you can consult the digital calendar online and set automatic reminders to remind you what to dispose of or view the map of all collection and disposal points.
• Interactive Maps: Here you can find the addresses of municipal offices, association headquarters, and places of interest in the municipality organized on interactive maps, accompanied by informative sheets.
• Reports and Suggestions: With the app, you can securely send reports to the municipality, with the ability to add photos and a simple description, and even geolocate the report if necessary.
• Smart Fines: Here you can view and pay a traffic violation directly from your smartphone.
• Smart Demographics: With this service, you can request a demographic certificate and receive it via email directly on your smartphone. You need to use SPID for access.
• Smart Taxes: Here you can see a list of payments you have made or still need to make. You need to use SPID for access.
• Civil Protection: You can receive news and updates on alert states and risks in the area, consult weather bulletins, geolocated alerts, useful contact numbers in case of emergency, and view the municipal emergency plan and rules of behavior to manage dangerous situations.
• Surveys: Here you can express your opinion on local issues.

Note: For optimal app usage, it is recommended to enable geolocation and notification reception on your smartphone.
